Overview

Action Arc is an AI-powered bowling action analysis app published by Pravi9 LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using Action Arc, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

• Account information: your email address, and if you sign in with Google, basic profile information provided by Google (name and email).
• Bowling video footage: the video you record or upload for analysis. It is processed to generate your feedback and is not permanently stored after analysis is complete.
• Usage data: how many analyses you have run, your bowling style preference, and general app usage, used to apply the free monthly limit and to improve the product.

How we use your information

• To generate your bowling technique analysis and feedback
• To manage your account, including your monthly free analysis allowance
• To verify your email address and secure your account
• To communicate with you about your account or important service updates

How your video is processed

When you submit a video, it is processed securely by our analysis provider to generate your bowling technique feedback. Your footage is not stored longer than necessary to generate your results, and is deleted from temporary storage once your analysis is complete.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate Action Arc:

• Firebase (Google): authentication, database, and secure backend processing
• Anthropic: AI analysis of your bowling footage
• Google Sign-In: optional account sign-in method
• RevenueCat: manages in-app purchases, working alongside the Google Play Store and Apple App Store payment systems. RevenueCat receives the purchase transaction data needed to grant you the analyses you have paid for.

Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy policy and security standards.

Data retention

Your account information is kept for as long as your account remains active. Video footage and extracted frames are deleted from our systems shortly after your analysis is generated. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

Your choices

• You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time.
• You can ask us to delete your account by emailing info@actionarc.ai.
• You can choose not to sign in with Google and use email and password sign-in instead.

Children's privacy

Action Arc welcomes young cricketers, including bowlers under the age of 13. If you are under 13, a parent or legal guardian must review this policy and provide consent before you create an account or use the app. We collect only the information necessary to provide the analysis feature and do not knowingly collect more personal information from children than is required for that purpose.

Parents and guardians can contact us at any time to review, request deletion of, or restrict the personal information collected from their child's account.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
